Within an exceptional working environment, the Butini Group (www.butini.ch) has been supporting vulnerable people for nearly 200 years. Currently, the Butini Group's establishments accommodate 180 elderly people with physical and mental health issues within two medico-social institutions. We also manage two day-night care homes. Our primary conviction is that the quality of life of residents/clients fundamentally depends on the quality of relationships offered to them within our institutions.

Your objectives
- Cooperate in personalised support projects for residents with an interdisciplinary vision.
- Establish care plans, provide nursing care and keep records up to date. Ensure quality oral and written handovers.
- Coordinate, support and supervise the activity of nursing assistants and care aides.
- Ensure continuity of care: perform, delegate, control, transmit.
- Develop a global vision of work distribution and make daily adjustments.
- Participate in welcoming students, apprentices and new collaborators in your sector.
- Carry out various replacements within the group’s four entities.
You possess
- A HES nursing diploma or equivalent.
- At least three years of successful professional experience in geriatrics.
- In-depth knowledge of elderly people in geriatrics, psychogeriatrics and palliative care.
- Flexibility and adaptability to move between different units.
- A strong ability to manage stress.
- A keen sense of responsibility.
- A strong interest in interdisciplinary cooperation.
- Oral and written proficiency in French.
- Knowledge of and interest in IT tools (digital resident records, Intranet).
Hours: 365 days a year / day and night shifts
