In this role, you are responsible for the operation and further development of a school administration software and ensure that the applications run stably, securely and user-friendly. You analyse requirements from everyday school life, coordinate adjustments with internal and external stakeholders and implement professional and technical improvements in a structured manner. You also accompany releases, monitor interfaces and ensure efficient incident and problem management. Through your structured approach and experience in application management, you contribute decisively to the optimal digital support of school processes.
Responsibilities:
You support our school administration software and ensure its reliable operation
For change requests, you analyse the requirements and implement them purposefully
Coordinating and resolving disruptions is also part of your duties, as well as supporting release changes and projects
You advise, support and train users on all questions regarding the application
In addition, you create and maintain structured documentation
Qualifications:
You have a qualification or further education in computer science or business informatics (e.g. BA, HF, diploma).
You bring sound knowledge in database programming, ideally with MS SQL Server.
Experience in application management or in supporting complex business applications is an advantage.
Knowledge of the school software Evento as well as interest in the organisational processes of an educational institution complete your profile.
Your independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as your flawless German skills in spoken and written form distinguish you.
