Understanding the core business of a supermarket from A to Z
Training in all departments, procedures, processes and systems
Introduction to the role of deputy manager with operational and conceptual duties
Willingness to complete internal specialist training in sales, inventory management, self-competence and leadership, as well as support in various sales outlets

Completed vocational training and/or professional experience in retail
Leadership experience and further training advantageous
Confident demeanour, assertiveness and high social competence
Commitment and willingness to engage for common goals
Organisational talent, flexibility and the ability to remain calm even in hectic situations
Friendly and team-oriented personality with a well-groomed appearance
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
