Process Technologist: Bakery Panofina
Responsibilities
- Planning, organising and accompanying operational trials as well as new and reintroductions of products and raw materials
- Conducting and documenting product and process controls as well as deriving and implementing improvement measures
- Continuous optimisation and harmonisation of production processes considering quality, efficiency and best practice
- Creating, maintaining and further developing process, line, workpiece lists and training documentation
- Active collaboration with production, engineering, planning, development, quality assurance and project management as well as promoting professional know-how transfer
Requirements
- Completed training in the food sector, ideally baker, food technologist or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
- Strong technical and process understanding of industrial production and manufacturing processes
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style with a high awareness of quality and processes
- Interest in process optimisation, project work and continuous improvement as well as willingness to actively drive change
