Job Description
As a machine operator, you are responsible for the independent and proactive operation and monitoring of modern production equipment. You ensure a smooth production process while adhering to the specified quality and safety standards. Your duties also include the ongoing inspection of produced goods, identifying and rectifying deviations, as well as recording relevant production data in the ERP system. You always work according to the applicable quality guidelines and actively contribute to ensuring high product quality.We Expect
You have completed vocational training (EFZ), ideally in a technical or industrial field, and already have experience in production as well as in a 4-shift system. Good German language skills and a strong awareness of quality and hygiene are required. Knowledge of GMP guidelines is an advantage. You work independently, reliably, and precisely, are technically interested, and maintain an overview even in hectic situations.
