ERP & IT Specialist (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Ensuring the stable operation as well as the availability and further development of the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Analysis and optimisation of business processes in close collaboration with the specialist departments
Support of ERP support, training of users as well as coordination of releases, tests and rollouts
Participation in the operation of the IT infrastructure and collaboration with external partners in complex support cases
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or comparable qualification with experience in the ERP environment
Professional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as well as ideally knowledge of Microsoft 365, server and network technologies
Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style as well as interest in production and business processes
Team-oriented personality with very good German and good English skills
