Team Leader Property Accounting - Zurich (m/f/d)
Our ROCKEN partner is a company specialising in fiduciary and administrative services. Their main business includes managing assets on behalf of their clients as well as performing fiduciary tasks such as accounting, tax consulting, business consulting, and other financial services. Their scope of activities may also include managing trusts, foundations, and other legal structures to protect and optimise their clients’ financial interests.
Responsibilities:
You take on the personnel and professional leadership of a five-person team in property accounting
You are responsible for the ongoing accounting of rental properties and condominium owners’ associations
You prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
You are responsible for heating and ancillary cost accounting as well as condominium owners’ association accounting
You ensure correct debtor, creditor, and payment processes as well as owner reporting and budgets
You are the central contact person for property management, ownerships, auditing, banks, and internal departments
You optimise processes and standards and actively participate in complex issues and closing tasks
Qualifications:
You have a commercial education and ideally further training in finance and accounting or in the real estate sector
You bring several years of professional experience in property accounting for rental properties and/or condominiums
You have leadership experience and know how to lead employees in a binding and supportive manner
You possess very good knowledge of Rimo R5 as well as sound expertise in financial statements, heating/ancillary cost and condominium owners’ association accounting
You communicate confidently in German and impress with a structured, reliable, and service-oriented working style
