Job Description

Is your heart burning for sales and CRM?

This is what gets you up in the morning:

• You are responsible for the successful sale of CRM services and solutions.
• You position isolutions as partner #1 for the digitization of sales and marketing processes with Dynamics 365 in close cooperation with Microsoft.
• You are responsible for the continuous expansion and maintenance of the current network by organizing and conducting trade fairs, events, and networking events.
• As the first point of contact for our customers, you understand their challenges, pick up their ideas, and design innovative solution approaches.
• You are responsible for preparing offers, cost indications, and contract negotiations as part of our sales process.

We expect from you:

• A higher education in business administration or business informatics (FH/UNI).
• Several years of professional experience and success in selling demanding projects in the CRM solutions area. Ideally in the industry, finance, service, and/or energy sector.
• You have high social and methodological competence as well as a strong presence in uncertain, unknown situations.
• You are a "people person," easily make new contacts, and have a talent for quickly and sustainably gaining the trust of others.
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland
• Work location Zurich, Bern, or Basel
