Team Leader Payroll Administration 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You will take charge of a dedicated 5-member payroll team and ensure the smooth processing of payroll for over 2,000 employees. In doing so, you are not only a leader but also actively involved operationally:

• You lead your team both professionally and personally, further develop the skills of your employees, and create a motivating work environment

• Together with your team, you are responsible for timely and error-free payroll accounting, including all year-end tasks

• You manage time management and actively participate in day-to-day business

• You drive process optimisation forward and further develop existing structures

• As a central interface, you coordinate collaboration between different locations and ensure smooth information flow

What do I need to be successful?

You bring a solid basic education and have further trained in payroll administration, payroll, or social insurance.

• You have already led a team and know how to inspire and develop people

• Numbers are your passion. You work precisely, analytically, and keep an overview even in complex situations

• You are proficient in using payroll software and HR systems; ideally, you are familiar with common ERP solutions

• You are a doer: you want not only to plan but also to implement and drive things forward
