The Admin Hub is part of the Switzerland Projects staff and works closely with other staff functions. We see ourselves as a learning organization that develops together. Your tasks
Main tasks:
2. Process development (approx. 30 %) Active co-design and establishment of new administrative standards and workflows throughout the department, including branch offices
3. Administrative support (approx. 20 %)
1. Process optimization (approx. 50 %)
Analysis of existing workflows and development of efficient solutions to improve administrative processes. Example tasks:
- Co-design and professionalization of the event process
- Further development of the department-wide onboarding process
2. Process development (approx. 30 %) Active co-design and establishment of new administrative standards and workflows throughout the department, including branch offices
- Development and implementation of surveys
- Establishment of an institutionalized process for systematic exchange with branch offices
- Participation in the development and implementation of concepts
- Identification and coordination with relevant interfaces
3. Administrative support (approx. 20 %)
Cross-departmental administrative support of the entire department management team
Our requirements
- Completed commercial training (EFZ) or equivalent qualification and several years of experience in administration, ideally cross-departmental.
- Further training in administration, organization, or process management is an advantage
- Enjoyment of process analysis and optimization
- Innovative spirit: willingness to actively question and further develop existing workflows
- High service orientation with a strong solution-oriented attitude and professional communication skills
- Confident handling of digital applications and tools and willingness to further develop skills in using new tools
Workplace is Lucerne with the possibility of home office days
