Your Main Tasks
- Support and expansion of existing customers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
- New customer acquisition with responsibility for the entire customer acquisition process from initial contact to contract conclusion
- Competitive and market analysis in the market and environment of your customers
- Evaluation of customer requirements and development of individual customer concepts
- Participation in budget planning and forecasting
- Active representation of the company at trade fairs and customer events
- Reporting all sales activities and customer contacts in Salesforce
Your Profile
- You have a commercial or scientific basic education with further training in sales, university degree is an advantage
- Several years of experience in B2B sales or project management in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry
- Established network to the target customer group in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland desired
- You are an open-minded, eager to learn, and motivated personality with drive
- Strong customer orientation, negotiation skills, and closing confidence
- Very good German and English skills
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region of around 30-40%
