Role:
A central institution of the Swiss federal administration that plays a key role in managing and further developing public finances. Core tasks include planning and monitoring the federal budget, preparing financial policy foundations, and supporting the Federal Council and Parliament in financial and budgetary decisions. The organisation works on topics such as financial planning, budgeting, accounting, controlling, and the sustainable management of public funds.

Responsibilities:
In this versatile controlling role, you are the central contact person for specialist departments and customers on business management and system-related issues.
You provide meaningful decision-making bases by analysing reports and key figures, further developing them, and supporting the periodic CO closings.
You take care of master data, CO objects, and authorisations to ensure the correct representation of controlling structures in SAP and support with technical challenges.
You actively shape processes, define standards and work instructions, and ensure compliance with requirements through internal controls.
In system adjustments, releases, and ERP projects, you take on a coordinating role, conduct tests, and impart your knowledge in training sessions to users.
Qualifications:
A higher professional education or a university of applied sciences degree in finance, controlling, or accounting forms your professional basis.
You have several years of professional experience in controlling and reporting and can prepare complex business management issues in an understandable way.
Solid SAP knowledge, especially in SAP FI and S/4HANA.
You think in networks, work precisely and independently, and find pragmatic solutions even for demanding issues.
Communication skills, moderation skills, and a strong customer and team orientation characterise you.
You have very good knowledge of German and English.
