Mission
In this essential role, you contribute to the beneficiaries’ ability to remain at home by providing caring support in daily life activities and promoting their autonomy and well-being. Depending on your profile, your mission will consist of:
• Performing basic care and household help services with a person-centred approach
• Supporting beneficiaries in daily life activities to preserve their autonomy and quality of life
• Observing changes in the situation and passing on relevant information to the team to ensure continuity of care
• Participating in interdisciplinary meetings and practice exchanges
• Actively contributing to teamwork and the quality of beneficiary care

Profile:
• 120-hour health assistant certificate issued by the Swiss Red Cross or an equivalent qualification recognised by OdASanté.
• Sense of responsibility and professional ethics in supporting beneficiaries.
• Excellent interpersonal skills: communication, listening and ability to connect.
• Responsiveness, solution orientation, versatility and flexibility in work organisation.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within an interdisciplinary team.
• You share our values of transparency, fairness, respect and trust in your professional interactions.
• Comfortable with IT tools (patient file management, care planning, quality indicator monitoring).
• Driving licence essential.
