Exciting tasks await:
- Individual support and learning guidance for young people in small groups in the areas of German, Mathematics, general education and sport in close cooperation with our teachers
- Creating a motivating learning environment: promoting learning motivation, strengthening personal responsibility and supporting young people in developing their school skills
- Accompanying young people in sporting and movement-oriented activities
- Supporting the residential group during breakfast and lunch care
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with the residential group, teachers, training companies and therapy
What you bring:
- Degree in social pedagogy with additional pedagogical qualification (e.g. integrative support, adult education)
- Experience in working with heterogeneous groups and young people with different learning and behavioural prerequisites
- Strong willingness to work interdisciplinarily
- Interest in working with male young people with behavioural difficulties
- Empathetic, confident and flexible personality as well as high resilience and ability to work in a team

Your working environment
The Youth Home Aarburg is an institution for the enforcement of civil and juvenile criminal law measures. It admits male adolescents and young adults who are at risk in their development. With pedagogical and therapeutic measures, the staff support the clients in integrating into the social order. In addition, specific educational and vocational offers provide a foundation for young people and young adults to prepare for a self-responsible, offence-free life.
For the closed residential group, we are looking for a specialist who ensures the special education of a maximum of 8 young people. The workload of 90 - 100 % can be completed over four days (Monday to Thursday / regular working hours, no shift work) if desired.
