For our dynamic Randstad team directly at Zurich Airport, we are looking for a motivated intern (m/f/d) for one year by arrangement. Join us in supporting talents on their professional journey and assist companies in one of Switzerland’s most exciting economic hubs with the right employees.

What to expect

During your one-year internship, you will dive deep into the world of personnel consulting and take on exciting tasks within our team amidst the airport hustle from the very start:

• Talent management: You will support our talents throughout the entire application and deployment process.

• Relationship building: You will conduct telephone and personal conversations with candidates and accompany them on their career path.

• Support & advice: You will be the first point of contact for our employees and competently assist them with their concerns.

• Administration: You will professionally maintain and update our candidate and client data.

• Behind the scenes: You will assist us in supporting existing clients and gain exciting insights into collaboration with companies.

• Field experience: You will accompany our consultants on client visits and get to know the world of personnel consulting and sales up close.

• Networking: You will gradually build your own network of talents and companies.

• Responsibility: You will work independently, set priorities, and take early responsibility for your tasks.

• Completed commercial training, studies, or a comparable qualification.

• A fascination for the airport work environment and enjoyment in dealing with people.

• Strong communication skills as well as a positive demeanour and team spirit.

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; English skills are a clear plus at our airport.

• Confident use of common MS Office applications.

• A structured, reliable, and independent working style with high initiative.

• Great motivation to learn new things and take on responsibility during this intensive year.
