- Strategic advice and support for managers on HR-relevant topics such as leadership, occupational health management, labor law, and disciplinary issues
- Responsibility for the optimal filling of key positions - through targeted internal succession planning or effective external recruiting
- Support in the implementation of performance and talent management as well as in strategic succession planning and development
- Co-design and continuous development of HR processes and tools
- Further training in HR (HR specialist) or studies with a focus on HR, very good knowledge of Swiss labor law
