Technician Locking Systems
We are a small team and take care of the technical concerns of our approximately 200 properties. The focus of this position is on the support of our locking systems and ZUKO systems as well as 1st-level support for our caretakers. Would you like to support us from June 1, 2026, or by arrangement?
Your tasks
- Support, management, and maintenance of locking systems and ZUKO systems as well as planning and implementation of locking systems
- 1st-level support for caretakers with technical concerns and malfunctions
- Coordination with external service providers for maintenance and repair work
- Documentation and maintenance of technical data as well as system overviews
- Collaboration in BNO and security organization
Your profile
- Completed training in a technical field (e.g., electrical, carpenter, locksmith)
- Experience in handling locking systems or access controls
- Proactive and systematic approach to complex tasks
- Independent, service-oriented action, resilience, and assertiveness
- Very good, stylistically secure command of the German language in spoken and written form
