Working hours: Mon-Fri between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., without room hour and without weekend work
Your main tasks:
- Mise-en-place and conducting breakfast, lunch, and dinner events as well as aperitifs
- Food and beverage service in the meeting rooms
- Inspection of rooms and meeting rooms in the customer and employee areas
- Managing the material warehouse
- Beverage and material orders
- General cleaning tasks in the kitchen and cafeteria
- Control and management of the tea kitchens in the absence of the responsible team
- Supporting the team management in organizing hourly wage temporary staff and in general administrative tasks
Your profile:
- Professional experience in a comparable role in the gastronomy, catering, hotel industry, or similar
- Very good German and English skills
- Good PC skills (MS Office)
- Structured, independent, and organized way of working
- High customer orientation and teamwork skills
- Flexibility for day and evening shifts
- Impeccable reputation
