• Supervise and develop the Preventive Maintenance team (3 Maintenance Technicians)
• Define and implement the site’s predictive maintenance strategy
• Develop reliability methods and equipment performance analysis
• Utilise data from online monitoring systems to anticipate failures
• Manage condition monitoring and vibration analysis programmes
• Integrate and develop the use of robotic solutions for industrial inspections
• Conduct failure analyses (RCA) and implement sustainable corrective actions
• Lead digitalisation and continuous improvement projects
• Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering teams and technology partners
• Ensure monitoring of maintenance and reliability KPIs

What you bringexpand_more

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Automation or equivalent field
• Previous experience in industrial maintenance, reliability or industrial asset management
• Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive maintenance and Reliability Engineering
• Experience with online monitoring tools, industrial sensors and data analysis
• Strong interest in Industry 4.0, robotics and artificial intelligence applied to maintenance
• Experience in team management or strong leadership potential
• Ability to drive change and unite teams around new technologies
• Analytical, methodical and results-oriented mindset
• Native French or German speaker, with professional skills in the other language and English (min. B1)
