Specialist in Performance Management (m/f/d) 80-100 %
Your Tasks
- Collaboration in the optimisation and further development of the implementation of the new outpatient medical tariff
- Qualitative co-responsibility for performance recording and complete documentation of work processes
- Direct contact person for specialist questions and exchange with medical service providers
- Co-development, support and training of performance recording in Kisim and Opale
- Monitoring, optimisation and documentation of performance recording processes
- Performance controlling
- Professional support of invoicing
- Support for complex rejections
Your Profile
- You are already active in tariff & performance management or have been working for several years in outpatient invoicing and wish to deepen and expand your knowledge regarding outpatient services
- Sound knowledge of outpatient tariffs, especially TARDOC/outpatient flat rates, is essential
- You have a strong affinity for case analysis and the creation of evaluations with Excel
- Enjoyment and experience in dealing with various IT applications as well as very good German language skills are prerequisites
- Structured, conceptual and independent working characterises you. Even under high demands, you always keep an overview
- As an open-minded, customer-oriented and communicative personality, you bring empathy and appreciate teamwork
