We manage AMAG garages, Bodywork Centres and Used Car Centres, providing reliable and personalised service.For our AMAG Crissier team, we are looking for a Mechanical After-Sales Advisor (M/F) 100% for a position available immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks
- You follow up with interested parties, from coordinating appointments to handing over the vehicle, and maintain active relationships with the customer
- You work closely with the sales team and act as the interface between the workshop and the customer
- You prepare offers in accordance with the mandate, check the vehicle’s condition in terms of cleanliness and completeness, and ensure professional handling of workshop orders
- You guarantee a friendly atmosphere and convince our customers with your professional knowledge and passion for global mobility
Your profile
- Training in automotive technology such as certified automobile mechanic or automotive mechatronics technician with strong commercial skills
- Several years of professional experience as an after-sales advisor
- Confident presentation, neat appearance and impeccable manners
- High service orientation, communication skills and willingness to commit
- Advanced IT knowledge and experience with ELSA software is an advantage
- Good knowledge of English, level B2
- Category B driving licence
