• Technical analysis of production-related requirements in the area of worker guidance
• Support in pilot setup and pilot operation of digital worker guidance solutions
• Collaboration in the implementation, standardisation, and further development of worker guidance in production
• Support and enablement of superusers for sustainable operation
• Technical development of requirements and optimisation proposals
• Close cooperation with production, project management, and internal specialist departments
• Building know-how in handling digital tools
• Further development of general digitalisation in production, e.g. digital drawings and production workflow

• Completed degree or equivalent training related to production / technology / digitalisation
• Professional experience in an industrial production environment
• Very good process understanding of production and assembly processes
• Structured, analytical, and independent working style
• Very good German and English skills
• Knowledge of SAP or comparable systems
• Experience in digitalisation or Industry 4.0 projects desired
• High communication and teamwork skills
• Implementation strength and hands-on mentality
