YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Timely handling, planning and management of obsolescence projects in an international environment
- Support of sales on LifeCycle topics related to vehicles and active participation in customer meetings as well as preparation of technical offers for internal and external customers
- Planning and leading internal engineering and approval activities including developing solutions to operate vehicles of various types and generations beyond their lifecycle.
- Planning solutions for obsolete vehicle components in collaboration with the fleet management of full-service locations
- Leading a motivated project team composed of various departments depending on the project, and ensuring high-quality engineering documentation.
- Coordination of LifeCycle project managers
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
We are looking for a project manager to carry out and coordinate LifeCycle and repair topics in after-sales. You take responsibility for developing and implementing solutions as replacements for obsolete components and systems. In this role, you play a key part in developing and implementing customer-tailored solutions. If you have experience in project management, a strong technical understanding, an interest in technical solutions, and can respond well to customer needs, we look forward to welcoming you to our dynamic team.
- Completed studies in electronics, mechatronics or equivalent education
- Experience in project management and possibly programme or portfolio management
- Team player with a high degree of social competence and commitment
- Many years of experience in the railway industry or plant construction, ideally in engineering and approval
- Fluent in German and English, additional languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel (10-20%)
