- Workload:50%
- Type:Permanent position
- Start date:by arrangement
Would you like to help shape a digital product that sustainably improves medical prevention in Switzerland? Are you confident navigating between healthcare, digitalisation and project management and want to take on responsibility?
We are looking for an experienced individual to accompany a new digital prevention tool for healthcare professionals from development to successful launch and to take operational responsibility for the project. The goal is better care for patients before diseases arise – through a population-based approach and the targeted use of the latest technologies. The project is supported by a broad alliance of partners from the private sector and is independently implemented by the Medical Prevention Foundation.
Tasks
In this versatile role, you will take on the overall operational responsibility for the project. You will be the central hub between the foundation with its stakeholders, the external software development partner and the medical networks as future users.
You will work largely independently and have great scope for shaping the development of a new solution in the Swiss healthcare system.
- Overall management of the project from development to launch and further development
- Role as Product Owner and client towards the external software development partner
- Responsibility for professional project management including reporting to the foundation board and
- the relevant stakeholders.
- Operational coordination of the Medical Prevention Foundation and close collaboration with the foundation board
- Involvement of the medical profession in the conception, validation and further development of the solution
- Planning and support of implementation and rollout in medical practices
- Building and maintaining effective stakeholder management as well as communication with internal and external interest groups
- Occasional support in collaboration with financing partners if required
- Participation in other projects
We expect
You are an experienced project management professional who drives complex projects forward in a structured way, can bring together different interests and enjoys taking responsibility. A medical qualification is not a prerequisite. What matters is your experience in healthcare, your project management skills and your ability to independently and pragmatically advance a demanding project.
- University degree in medicine or health sciences, ideally complemented by management or project management training,
- or a business or management-oriented university degree with a healthcare focus
- Proven experience in the Swiss healthcare system
- Several years of solid experience in managing demanding projects, ideally in the context of digitalisation and care
- Very good understanding of project management and the control of time, costs, quality and risks
- Experience in working with external service providers or software development partners
- Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Independent, structured, pragmatic and reliable working style
- Ability to absorb, prioritise and translate different professional perspectives into concrete decisions
- Confident manner and ability to communicate convincingly
- Fluent German in spoken and written form, as well as good English skills
- Strong enthusiasm for the Swiss healthcare system and the desire to actively help shape its further development with commitment and willingness to innovate
We offer
- A meaningful role with the opportunity to concretely advance medical prevention
- Great scope for design, flexibility and high personal responsibility
- An exciting project of at least 4 years at the interface of medicine, digitalisation and care
- Short decision-making paths and direct exchange with the foundation board
- A motivated, dynamic team
- Modern working conditions and an attractive workplace directly at Zürich-Altstetten station
- Fair and contemporary employment conditions as well as attractive pension fund terms
- A corporate culture in which initiative and new ideas are expressly welcome
