As our new CEO, you will lead DV Bern AG strategically and operationally. You are a leader with foresight, entrepreneurial thinking, and a keen sense for people, technology, and change. You set clear priorities, strengthen the leadership culture, and align structure and culture with customer proximity, growth, and innovation.

With your experience from an IT-related environment of comparable size, you are familiar with change situations and understand growth as a holistic task – including M&A, integration, and cultural development. You understand technology in depth without getting lost in details.

You are an approachable, authentic personality with conviction, who leads credibly, reflectively, and convincingly. With extensive management experience and a solid business background, you recognize what remains and initiate changes where they create real added value – strategically, pragmatically, and courageously.

Clarity, presence, and trust characterize your leadership. Your communication is convincing and binding – with employees, customers, and shareholders. You believe in the power of the team, promote cross-departmental collaboration, and shape a future-proof vision together with the management.
