Role:
In this position, you will independently care for children and adolescents in an interdisciplinary environment. You benefit from minimal administrative effort thanks to central management support, allowing you to focus on medical work. Structured professional exchange within the group and internal training promote continuous development. There is also the possibility of targeted career planning and support by a very experienced medical leader, including assistance with publications and obtaining relevant qualifications. Additionally, the role includes the option to have costs for relevant memberships, qualifications, and regional medical societies covered.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you take on comprehensive medical primary care for children and adolescents.
You conduct paediatric check-ups, vaccinations, and follow-up examinations.
As a Medical Professional in Paediatrics and Adolescent Medicine, you diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
You ensure empathetic, age-appropriate care for patients and their relatives.
In this role, you work closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
You actively contribute to the further development of paediatric care at modern locations in Eastern Switzerland.
Qualifications:
- You hold a specialist qualification in paediatrics and adolescent medicine.
- You bring solid clinical experience in paediatric care.
- You appreciate interdisciplinary collaboration and actively contribute to a multiprofessional team.
- You demonstrate strong empathy in dealing with children, adolescents, and their families.
- You communicate clearly, respectfully, and appropriately for the audience.
- You are characterised by a strong team spirit and a cooperative working style.
