With us, you take on responsibility in a diverse and meaningful environment. Your tasks are close to people, varied, and of immediate significance. In the "Caring for Relatives" service, we enable clients in need of care to receive the best possible, person-centred care from their relatives. The caring relatives are not left alone: they are professionally advised, accompanied, and supported by our qualified nursing professionals HF/FH. They are rewarded and appropriately insured for their valuable work.
A role – as individual as you:
For the management of our service in the canton of Bern, we are seeking a Team Leader Nursing HF/FH by arrangement. Direct work with clients also remains part of your duties: as a case-leading nursing professional, you steer and accompany the care process and ensure a high, person-centred quality of care. In doing so, you competently and appropriately advise and support the caring relatives.
What to expect with us:
• Meaningful work; you help shape a future based on solidarity
• Flexible working models; good work is not always bound to place and time
• Fair conditions; market-appropriate salaries and good social benefits
• Attractive workplace; centrally located in Länggasse, Bern
• Appreciation & diversity: an environment that values you and your perspectives
You are a good fit if you:
• enjoy working independently, are well organised, and act responsibly
• are strong communicators and confident in interacting with various stakeholders; good French skills are an advantage
• hold a valid driving licence and have your own car
For this responsible role, we require a HF/FH qualification in nursing and leadership experience, preferably in Spitex.
