You are an EFZ MPA, reliable, and thrive in busy situations.
Open and respectful communication, taking on responsibility eagerly.
Experience in a leadership role is a plus but not required.

Deputy Head Medical Practice Assistant EFZ (80–100%)

Take Responsibility and Help Shape

You support the head MPA in daily practice, take responsibility, and contribute your ideas.
Support the head MPA in organisation and coordination
Help shape processes and structures
Support and professional exchange within the MPA team
Ensure a smooth daily practice routine
Close collaboration with the doctors and central practice coordination

What You Bring

You are an MPA EFZ, work independently and reliably, and keep an overview even in hectic situations.
You communicate openly and appreciatively, gladly take on responsibility, and enjoy actively developing a team and a practice.
Experience in a leadership role is an advantage but not a requirement.
If interested, we support you in further training towards MPK leadership or clinical direction
