Your main tasks
- You take care of the maintenance and servicing of common sealing systems on flat roofs
- You analyze damages, locate and repair leaks and seepage points
- You independently carry out minor repairs and service orders
- You are responsible for clean, complete, and comprehensible reporting of the work performed (both written and digital)
- You professionally support customers on site and ensure transparent communication
- You lead a two-person team on site (work preparation, coordination, and quality control)
- You ensure a high quality standard and timely execution
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a roofer/polybuilder, gardener, or a comparable qualification with experience in the flat roof area (sealing or greening)
- Confident handling of materials such as bitumen, foils, and liquid plastics as well as experience in service and repair work
- Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style with a strong sense of responsibility
- Customer-friendly, professional demeanor and good communication skills
- Teamwork, resilience, and flexibility
- No fear of heights and enjoyment of working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as basic IT knowledge
- Driver's license category B
