Logistics and Packaging Manager in the Food Industry Bilingual FR DE Region Biel

Job Description

• You assume overall responsibility for logistics and packaging in a food company
• You lead a team of five to six employees and develop their skills
• You ensure the smooth running of logistics, product safety, and traceability at all times
• You plan and manage logistics flows as well as the stock management of packaging and auxiliary materials
• You analyse indicators and optimise processes in a targeted manner
• You actively use the ERP system and continuously improve procedures
• You provide cover in the absence of the packaging manager

We expect

• Training in logistics or equivalent, for example, certified logistician
• Experience in a management role, ideally in production or the food industry
• Experience with foodstuffs and good knowledge of hygiene and quality standards, especially GMP and HACCP
• You work in a structured manner and take responsibility
• You make decisions and implement them
• You speak good French and can make yourself understood in German
