Logistics Operator with Federal VET Diploma (M/F) at 100%

To strengthen our Logistics and Transport team, reporting to our Industry & Services Management, we are looking for a:

Your role and responsibilities

As a Logistics Operator, you ensure the various activities related to the receipt, processing and management of goods. You prepare orders, label items and ensure the internal movement of pallets, overseeing the proper handling of arrivals.

You are also responsible for the computerised entry of stock movements and contribute to the reliability and traceability of logistics operations, ensuring their accuracy.

In a continuous improvement approach, you also participate in optimising logistics processes to contribute to the service’s efficiency.

You also play an essential role in the training and support of AFP apprentices. In this capacity, you pass on your know-how, support apprentices in acquiring their skills and contribute to their progress in a professional environment that values autonomy, responsibility and integration.

Profile sought

• Federal VET Diploma in logistics essential;
• Forklift licence recognised by SUVA mandatory;
• Trainer of apprentices qualification;
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position.

Expected qualities

Holder of a Federal VET Diploma in logistics, you have at least three years’ professional experience in a similar role. The forklift licence recognised by SUVA as well as a trainer of apprentices qualification are essential.

You are proficient with common IT tools as well as the MS Office suite and comfortable with stock management tools.

Autonomous, versatile and organised, you demonstrate rigour in your work while knowing how to adapt to different situations and the needs of your professional environment.

You are particularly motivated by knowledge transfer and appreciate the role of trainer. With good interpersonal skills, patience and listening, you know how to support each apprentice with kindness while maintaining a clear and demanding professional framework.

Your ability to value everyone’s skills, encourage autonomy and work in an inclusive environment is a real asset for this position.
