After Sales Clerk 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You are the central point of contact for all warranty and repair enquiries and ensure that our customers are completely satisfied

• You coordinate returns and always keep an overview

• You independently handle repair orders from the initial quotation to the final dispatch

• You take care of fault analyses and get to the bottom of technical problems

• You create meaningful evaluations and reports

• You are in direct contact with our customers and are their competent contact person

What do I need to be successful?

You have completed a technical or mechanical training and have already gained practical experience in this field

• You work in a structured, conscientious manner and complete tasks promptly

• You enjoy working collaboratively and like to engage with people

• You are proficient in MS Office and have already worked with ERP systems

• You communicate fluently in German - English skills are an advantage but not a must

• You keep a cool head even in hectic phases and prioritise cleverly

• Technical understanding and solution orientation are among your strengths
