Role:
The best way to enter the IT world is where you see something new every day. You support different customer systems and get to know a variety of environments. On the phone and at the helpdesk, you develop a sense of how to quickly assess problems. With every resolved issue, your technical foundation grows. A team with experience supports you.
Responsibilities:
You take on support, maintenance and servicing of customers’ IT systems
You provide first- and second-level IT support
You handle enquiries via telephone support
You perform helpdesk tasks and document your solutions
Additionally, you continuously expand your technical know-how
Qualifications:
You have completed a basic IT education with certification
You have solid experience with Microsoft clients including Office products
You have good network knowledge (LAN/WLAN, WAN/VPN, TCP/IP)
You are familiar with mobile computing technologies such as tablets
You work reliably, in a structured and solution-oriented manner
You enjoy customer contact and want to develop technically
