Your Responsibilities

• Independent management of projects in various subject areas throughout the entire project cycle
• Responsibility for achieving project goals regarding quality, time, and budget, as well as creating project plans and roadmaps
• Analysis of complex issues and development of concepts and solution approaches with a strategic focus
• Preparation and presentation of presentations, decision-making bases, and status reports for management bodies
• Active management and involvement of internal and external stakeholders, as well as preparation and moderation of workshops, decision-making, and steering committees
• Monitoring project progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure project success
• Further development of processes, methods, and tools in project work

What You Bring

• University degree, preferably in business informatics, business administration, or banking
• Several years of experience in independently managing projects
• Confident handling of classical, agile, or hybrid project management methods
• Professional experience in the financial sector is an advantage
• High IT affinity and confident use of digital tools and technologies; experience with Jira and Confluence is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills, interconnected thinking, and a good understanding of business contexts
• Very structured, independent, and reliable working style with a high awareness of quality, even under high workload
• High initiative and commitment as well as assertiveness to actively drive topics forward
