Deputy Manager Chocolate House

Tasks

Active sale of the defined assortment through optimal product presentation
Ordering various assortments via SAP S4 HANA
Ensuring communication with cross-functional areas of HALBA and COOP as well as with external customers and suppliers
Professional leadership of the two Chocolate Houses in the absence of the manager
Design and packaging of products and customer gifts for private individuals and corporate clients

Completed training in retail trade as well as experience in food sales and pricing
Initial experience in staff management
Excellent computer skills in programmes such as MS Office (Excel, Word), Outlook, Teams and ideally SAP S4 HANA
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, English is an advantage
Dynamic, empathetic personality with great enjoyment in dealing with customers, who wishes to further develop the Chocolate House with innovation and self-motivation
