About the job

• Know, practice, and respond correctly in emergencies – coordinate with fire department, police, medical emergency organizations, and center management. This responsibility is primary for this position and is highlighted separately here
• Support a meaningful and well-organized daily structure. Introduce and accompany our clients in their new environment
• Assume the role of contact and trusted person in all matters
• Support and contribute to safe accommodation by enforcing house rules, attendance and cleanliness checks, de-escalation talks in conflicts up to taking sanctions
• Organize as well as guide and work situationally in internal workfare: preparation of cleaning materials and ensuring general housekeeping tasks, laundry and clothing cleaning, enforcement of hygiene regulations
• Organize and carry out admissions, discharges, and transfers

• Secondary level II: Federal Vocational Certificate (EBA)
• 4 to 6 years of relevant professional experience
• Career changers possible
• Basic and user knowledge of MS Office applications
• Impeccable reputation (no entries in debt enforcement and criminal records)
