Technical Product Developer Clothing Women (d/f/m)
In this varied and challenging role, you will be responsible for technical product development within the Clothing Women product division. You will ensure compliance with our quality and sustainability standards and support the brands with processing-related queries. Working closely with design, pattern-making, fabric sourcing, and our external production partners, you will help develop the products from the first prototype through to production readiness.
You will also be responsible for prototype and collection reviews, as well as the on-time delivery of prototypes and SMS (salesman samples). Your role will also include regular visits to our production and development centres, providing technical processing support both internally and externally, participating in projects, and working closely with related departments such as logistics, brand management and quality management.

Your profile:
- A completed degree in clothing technology/management or a comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience in technical product development within the fashion industry
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Solid IT skills, particularly in MS Office and Excel; ideally also experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Strong communication skills, reliability and analytical ability
- A self-reliant, structured and goal-oriented approach to work
- Team spirit and a passion for fashion and lifestyle
