Your area of responsibility

• Overall responsibility for the operational casino
• Direct leadership, development and coaching of the subordinate department heads
• Ensuring service quality, guest experience and operational excellence
• Responsibility for security, compliance and regulatory requirements
• Overall responsibility for infrastructure, technology, facility management and investments
• Responsibility for budget, resources and operational performance
• Management of strategic and cross-departmental projects

What you bring

• Several years of successful leadership experience in a comparable management role
• Higher education (HF, FH or university) in business administration, hospitality, security management, or further training at MAS or MBA level
• Strong entrepreneurial and analytical thinking
• Solid operational and regulatory knowledge in the areas of security, cash management, technical infrastructure, service quality, compliance and player protection
• Strong leadership and social skills
• Knowledge of the Money Gaming Act (BGS) and the corresponding ordinances or willingness to acquire this knowledge quickly
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills, French is an advantage
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt register extracts will be requested upon contract signing)
