What is my role?

• You identify opportunities for improvement and drive the further development of processes - with a clear focus on digitalisation, automation and efficiency enhancement.

• You analyse data, create meaningful analyses and actively contribute to the development of practical automation solutions.

• You are part of the controlling team in day-to-day operations and gain valuable insights into budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes.

• You are involved in regulatory accounting and support the preparation of analyses and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

• You independently take responsibility for parts of ongoing projects and constructively contribute your ideas to the team work.

• You work cross-departmentally with various specialist areas and help to enable well-founded data-based decisions.

What do I need to be successful?

• Our client is looking for someone with a business administration education, ideally specialising in finance, controlling, business informatics or data analytics.

• Initial professional experience in controlling, business analysis or a similar field is an advantage.

• A strong affinity for IT and AI as well as the motivation to critically question, optimise and automate processes characterise you.

• Confident handling of Excel as well as experience in data analysis and the use of digital tools are required.

• You convince through target group-oriented communication, solution-oriented work and active team involvement.

• Very good German skills and good English skills complete your profile.
