QS Machine Operator for Measuring Machine 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Carrying out component, production and process measurements to ensure quality standards

• Technical support of manufacturing equipment and monitoring of consistent production processes

• Analysis and evaluation of manufacturing and measurement data to detect deviations at an early stage

• Participation in continuous improvement measures (CIP) with the aim of making measurement processes more efficient

• Quality inspection of incoming materials as well as carrying out initial sample inspections

• Maintenance and recording of production-relevant data in the ERP system

• Checking and ensuring the accuracy of manual measuring instruments

• Carrying out maintenance and servicing work on the measuring systems used

• Ensuring a safe working environment by complying with applicable safety regulations

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical training, ideally as a polymechanic

• Professional experience in mechanical manufacturing, especially in the machining sector

• Experience in handling modern 3D measuring systems

• Technical understanding and strong quality awareness

• Reliable, structured and independent working style

• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
