CNC Setter for Small Series (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You take on a central role in production and ensure that machines, employees, and processes mesh optimally.

• You set up production machines and systems for the respective orders, carry out changeovers, and commission them

• You monitor ongoing production processes, check process values, and adjust machine settings for a stable operation

• You coordinate employees in your area, support them during training, and teach the correct handling of machines

• You liaise closely with production planning and keep an eye on production and delivery deadlines

• You ensure compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards and conduct initial inspections

• You independently resolve minor technical faults and assist with maintenance work

• You reliably report production data, key figures, and special incidents to the responsible departments

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical training (e.g. production mechanic, polymechanic, or equivalent)

• Experience in setting up and operating production machines

• Knowledge of production processes, quality assurance, and occupational safety

• Ideally experience in staff management

• Team orientation and clear communication

• Structured, forward-looking working style

• Reliability and sense of responsibility

• Flexibility during high production volumes

• Willingness to work shifts

• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
