You will take on the responsibility as team leader in our hospital cleaning.
Your main tasks:
- Planning and monitoring the required cleaning services in collaboration with the property manager
- Ensuring a high-quality performance in the area (continuous improvement process)
- Identifying and communicating potential new/additional service contracts and products
- Compliance with the ISS hygiene concept in coordination with the site's hygiene officer and ISS internally
- Coordination of the ordering process in your area
- Organization of laundry processing for your area of responsibility
- Organization of basic and special cleaning work throughout the property in collaboration with the property manager
- Compliance with labor laws and official regulations and guidelines
- Compliance with operational regulations and guidelines (WikISS, audits, ISO, forms, processes, service routes)
- Enforcement of overarching resolutions, instructions, and measures
- Proactive thinking, acting, and communicating
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training as a specialist in household economics EFZ, and/or knowledge in cleaning
- You already have some experience in personnel management.
- Organizational talent and proficient knowledge in administration (Word/Excel).
- You have a quick grasp and ensure a pleasant working and personnel climate
- Team-promoting behavior is expected.
- You are characterized by a high solution orientation and bring proactive thinking, acting, and communicating.
