What is my role?

You are the first point of contact for our customers regarding all questions about their vehicles

• You carry out maintenance and service work on vehicles

• You diagnose faults and malfunctions using modern diagnostic devices

• You repair mechanical, electrical and electronic systems

• You competently advise customers on repairs, maintenance intervals and technical questions

• You carefully document all work carried out

• You work closely with your colleagues in the workshop

What do I need to be successful?

You have completed training as an automotive specialist, automotive mechatronics technician or a comparable qualification

• You have professional experience in a workshop

• You have technical understanding and enjoy working with modern vehicle systems

• You are service-oriented and approach customers in a friendly manner

• You work independently, carefully and reliably

• You are a team player and like to get involved

• A driving licence class B is desirable
