This position is suitable for committed, flexible and independent colleagues with completed psychotherapeutic training who enjoy treating people with mental illnesses and wish to apply their professional and personal skills in a leadership role.

In this position, you will take on the professional and organisational management of the outpatient clinic and, together with an interprofessional team, ensure high-quality, patient-oriented treatment. In addition to independently managing psychotherapeutic cases, you will coordinate and further develop outpatient processes.

You will support, supervise and promote your employees and foster an open, appreciative collaboration. You will also be responsible for treatment planning and patient management, coordinate organisational and administrative processes, and contribute to the further development of treatment quality.

You will engage in interprofessional collaboration as well as in continuing education and training and actively shape the further development of the outpatient clinic. In addition to your professional competence, we particularly value your social skills, sense of responsibility and enjoyment of constructive collaboration.
