We are the first fully vegan bakery in Switzerland, a community that shows that vegan is not a sacrifice. Our mission is to make sustainable consumption accessible to everyone. For our location in Länggasse, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement:

Site Manager 100%

Tasks

• Operational and economic management of the branch with responsibility for sales and costs
• Leadership, development and recruitment of the team
• Ensuring quality, hygiene, safety and an appealing branch appearance
• Active customer care and acquisition of new customers
• Administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Several years of leadership experience
• Hospitality licence or graduation from hotel management school advantageous
• Enjoyment of working with people as well as high social and
  leadership skills
• Positive charisma, good communication and organisational skills
• Process-oriented and economic way of thinking
• Flexibility, self-motivation and enjoyment of change
• Ambition and attention to detail
