Workshop Manager 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for a committed, empathetic and motivated workshop manager who does not just want to sit in the office but actively support the workshop.

Your tasks include:

• Organisation and coordination of the workshop operations in the respective branch

• On-site customer consultation

• Vehicle acceptance and delivery

• Performing demanding service and repair work

• Creating fault diagnoses

• Handling and solving technical problems

• Tire service

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as an automotive mechatronics technician EFZ or automotive specialist EFZ

• Driving licence category B, mandatory

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English is an advantage

• Truck knowledge is an advantage

• Certificate as an apprentice trainer or willingness to obtain one

• Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems

• You work independently, think entrepreneurially and remain a team player even in stressful situations
