What you can achieve
- Management and coordination of building construction projects in service phases 1-9 (HOAI)
- Monitoring of budgets, deadlines, and quality assurance
- Interface between clients, planners, authorities, and executing companies
- Identification and management of risks as well as derivation of appropriate measures
- Support of contract management, supplementary claim review, and awarding procedures
- Documentation and reporting to stakeholders
Your skills are
- Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable field, combined with several years of professional experience in project management or construction management
- Confident handling of AHO, HOAI, VOB, and relevant standards
- Experience with digital tools for construction and project management (e.g., MS Project, AVA software)
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented thinking
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Teamwork, communication strength, negotiation skills, and initiative
