As a trainer in automation, you are responsible for training in this profession according to the guidelines of the Head of Vocational Training and alongside the heads of education for the other core professions at Stadler Rail Switzerland AG, St. Margrethen site.

• Organisation and implementation of basic automation training
• Quality assurance of training
• Disciplinary leadership of automation apprentices with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
• Recruitment and conducting of trial days
• Technical leadership of trainers

• You want to pass on your expertise to future professionals and see dual vocational training as an important path for the Swiss economy
• You guide apprentices to a standardised qualification through individual support
• You have several years of experience as an automation technician in industry and have already trained apprentices yourself
• Convincing personality with high social competence, negotiation skills, and assertiveness
