Training Supervisor Mason 40 %

In your role as Training Supervisor (40 %), you take on the professional and personal support of our apprentices in the Mason EFZ field with a focus on building construction and renovation. You plan and accompany the practical training sequences on the construction site, specifically promote the professional and social development of the young professionals, and actively prepare them for the qualification procedure. In addition, you maintain regular contact with vocational schools, parents, and authorities and ensure high-quality training according to the applicable BiVo.

• Completed apprenticeship as Mason EFZ
• Several years of professional experience in the main construction trade
• Completed trainer course (or willingness to complete it)
• Enjoy working with young people and interest in training
• Pedagogical skills and good communication ability
• Reliability, patience, and assertiveness
• Ability to plan, accompany, and control training according to the education plan
• Willingness to cooperate with vocational school, ÜK centers, and parents
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
