Key information

Operational, strategic, financial, and personnel management of the Operations and Maintenance department with 10 employees
Deputy to the Facility Management Director
Coordination and control of external contractors
Participation in the development, initiation, and implementation of the strategy for the operational maintenance and repair of the clinic properties
Development of technical requirement concepts as well as preparation of service level agreements for mobile and technical systems in terms of life-cycle management
Co-responsibility for contract management regarding preventive building and system maintenance as well as repair projects
On-call duty

Completed training in building technology, construction, or facility management
Further training in technical facility management or maintenance specialist with a federal certificate
Several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable position in integral building management planning
Experience in construction project management and construction management is an advantage
Leadership experience of interdisciplinary teams and/or external service providers as well as organizational skills
Basic knowledge in the field of medical technology is an advantage
French language skills are an advantage
