Tasks
- Operational, strategic, financial, and personnel management of the Operations and Maintenance department with 10 employees
- Deputy to the Facility Management Director
- Coordination and control of external contractors
- Participation in the development, initiation, and implementation of the strategy for the operational maintenance and repair of the clinic properties
- Development of technical requirement concepts as well as preparation of service level agreements for mobile and technical systems in terms of life-cycle management
- Co-responsibility for contract management regarding preventive building and system maintenance as well as repair projects
- On-call duty
Profile
- Completed training in building technology, construction, or facility management
- Further training in technical facility management or maintenance specialist with a federal certificate
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable position in integral building management planning
- Experience in construction project management and construction management is an advantage
- Leadership experience of interdisciplinary teams and/or external service providers as well as organizational skills
- Basic knowledge in the field of medical technology is an advantage
- French language skills are an advantage
